What happens if I cancel?
Your codes still redirect. The ones beyond the free quota become read-only: you can't edit them until you move back up to a plan with enough capacity, but nobody lands on a dead page.
Why prices excl. VAT?
Prices are shown excluding tax, as is usual for a professional tool, with the equivalent including French VAT at 20%. The VAT actually applied depends on your country and status (EU VAT number) and appears on the invoice.
Can I change plans?
At any time, up or down. The change is prorated by Stripe and the invoice arrives by email.

What exactly is a dynamic code?
The printed QR code holds a short address at Scanolo. When someone scans it, we redirect them to the destination you've chosen. You can change that destination without reprinting, and we count the scans.
And a static code?
The content is written directly into the pattern: the address, the wifi, the business card. It works without us, forever, but it can't be edited or measured. Static codes are free and unlimited.
Are my codes deactivated if I stop paying?
No. That's our first commitment. A printed code keeps redirecting, whatever your plan.
Is there a free trial that turns into a subscription?
No. The free plan is free with no time limit and no credit card. You only pay when you choose a paid plan.
How do I cancel?
From your account's Subscription page, in one click, at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
Where is the data hosted?
On servers located in the European Union. Scan stats contain no plain IP address and no personal identifier.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, every payment generates a downloadable invoice from your account, with your company details if you've entered them.
