Changing plan or cancelling
Your business is growing or slowing down, and you want to adjust your subscription without having to open a ticket or email support for every change.
The answer
From the Subscription page, pick a new plan to switch right away, with a prorated adjustment on your next invoice. To cancel, open the billing portal: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, never immediately, and you can reactivate the subscription as long as that date hasn't passed.
Step by step
- Open the Subscription page.
- To change plan, click the "Choose" button on the plan you want.
- To cancel, open the billing portal and follow the cancellation flow.
- To reactivate a subscription set to cancel, click the reactivate button before the end date.
Changing plan
On the Subscription page, pick monthly or yearly, then click the "Choose" button on the plan you want. The plan change takes effect right away, with an amount recalculated pro rata on your next invoice: you never pay twice for the same full month.
Cancelling and reactivating
The billing portal, reachable from an active subscription, lets you cancel it. It stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, shown on your Subscription page, before switching to the free plan. If you change your mind before that date, a reactivate button avoids re-entering everything.
If a payment fails, your plan is kept for fourteen days, with two reminder emails, before an automatic downgrade to the free plan: your codes then switch to read-only past the new quota, never disabled.
Finding your invoices
The list of your invoices, with their amount, date and status, is available directly from the Subscription page, with a link to open each one.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change plan at any time, or only on the renewal date?
At any time: the change applies immediately with a prorated adjustment, without waiting for the renewal date.
What happens to my codes if I cancel my subscription?
Nothing is deleted. Once back on the free plan, only dynamic codes past the new quota switch to read-only: their redirect keeps working, only editing is blocked.
