Folders and bulk import

You manage ten, fifty, sometimes several hundred codes for several clients or store locations. Creating and organizing them one by one from the interface would take hours.

Step by step

1. Open the Folders page and click "Create folder" after picking a name and a color.
2. Move your codes into a folder from their edit screen.
3. For a bulk import, open the "Bulk import" page and pick your CSV file.
4. Prepare your file with the columns name, url and folder (optional), then click "Preview".
5. Check the row preview, then click "Confirm and create the codes".

Creating and using folders

From the Folders page, give it a name and a color, then click "Create folder". You can then move a code into a folder from its edit screen, and filter your code list by folder from the dashboard. Deleting a folder doesn't delete the codes inside it, they simply become folder-less again.

Importing a CSV file

Prepare a file with the columns name, url and, optionally, folder to organize each imported code right away. On the "Bulk import" page, pick the file and click "Preview", check the detected rows, then click "Confirm and create the codes". Each row becomes a dynamic web-address code.

The number of rows processed per import depends on your plan: 500 per batch on the Pro plan, 5,000 per batch on the Business plan. Your previous import history stays available, with the number of codes created and any per-row errors.
